Our principal consultant, Melbourne-based Alf Nicdao, is well recognized in the workplace based training field for his practical approach to developing work skills amongst service staff and managers, particularly in the hospitality and retail sectors. In the last 15 years, Alf’s partnerships have seen him deliver programs to some of Melbourne’s best known outlets including Crown Casino, Bakers Delight stores, Subway stores, Taco Bill restaurants, Wendy’s Ice Cream stores, Brunetti Cakes, and many more.

Our innovative approach to skills based training has also been recognised by some of the most respected independent secondary schools in Melbourne. We have been delivering the one-day Jobskills Workshop for secondary students for over 15 years, working with schools such as Methodist Ladies’ College, Lowther Hall Anglican Grammar School, Brighton Boys’ Grammar, Luther College and most recently Xavier College, Wesley College, Caulfield Grammar and Ivanhoe Girls’ Grammar. Our workshop participants consistently provide very positive feedback on their experiences and skills gained during the workshop.
